Bakery, pizza and nature winebar as well as event venue in Copenhagen NV.

Flere Fugle opened in March 2022 after an extensive renovation of an old garage. During the renovation process, we hosted several concerts and other pop-up events, much like what we had been doing at Fovl for the first four years: music, readings, DJ nights, pop-up restaurants. We’ve continued these activities after opening the bakery, which has now evolved into much more than just a bakery.

In the evenings, we serve sourdough pizza and various small dishes, as well as draft beer from To Øl and a selection of natural wines. Our ingredients are mostly organic and, whenever possible, sourced from local farmers who grow their produce with great care for the soil and the environment.
