At Fovl, you'll find a cozy, easy going atmosphere, light dishes for breakfast and lunch, as well as baked goods from Flere Fugle. The coffee is always hot, the wine is cold, and on Thursdays, we offer Mad og Fad for 100 kr. Swing by!

Fovl opened on February 27, 2016, with the aim to create a place in NV that could bring locals together. It started with a very simple setup: beer, coffee, light snacks, and homemade baked goods. Gradually, we expanded the range, refined our craftsmanship, and raised our ambitions. However, we outgrew the small kitchen at Fovl, and when we opened our bakery Flere Fugle in 2022, we moved our production there.

Then as well as now, our goal is to create informal and vibrant places. Now with a bit more quality, a bit more craftsmanship, a bit more space, and a few more people to help realize the vision.
