About the course

Join us af FLOK for a short hands-on workshop where you'll master the art of baking sourdough buns with our baker Thomas. You will have the opportunity to chop out sourdough buns and bake them and take home a small bag with 4 buns. You'll get instructions on how to feed your own sourdough so that it is ready to bake with - or join our full sourdough workshop by booking a spot in near future.

Parking

If you are arriving by car, you can park in the area. There is a parking garage nearby where you have to pay a fee, and there is 3-hour parking available in the area. The applicable regulations can be found on the Copenhagen Municipality website
